1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the fu77 online gaming platform, accessible at fu77.app ("the Platform", "fu77", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the User", "you", "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with fu77 and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

fu77 operates as an entertainment platform providing online casino games, sports betting, and related gaming services to adults aged 18 years and above who are residents of or present in Bangladesh. The Platform is operated entirely in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

These Terms should be read together with fu77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

fu77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Platform Scope

The fu77 Platform includes, but is not limited to, live casino tables, slots, sports betting (including cricket, water polo, and other markets), instant games, and any promotional or bonus features made available from time to time. All features of the Platform are subject to these Terms.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation of these Terms is made available, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in all circumstances. All communications between fu77 and users are conducted in English.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to the fu77 Platform and the right to open an account is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not have an existing fu77 account that has been suspended or permanently closed.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of fu77 staff.

2.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) fu77 account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly forbidden. fu77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein without notice. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your knowledge, contact fu77 support at [email protected] immediately.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including false date of birth, name, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

2.3 Identity Verification

fu77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or continuing account access. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 User Obligations

By using the fu77 Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in compliance with all applicable laws. You specifically agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, another user's account, or fu77's internal systems.
• Use automated bots, scripts, data scrapers, or other software tools to interact with the Platform without written authorisation from fu77.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, chip-dumping, or other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or betting feature. Any winnings arising from exploited errors may be voided.
• Use the Platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or engage in any activity prohibited under Bangladeshi law or applicable international law.
• Share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Make chargebacks or reverse payment transactions without first raising the matter with fu77 support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension and may be subject to legal action.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fu77 account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. fu77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), using a unique password not shared with any other service, and logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the fu77 Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fu77 does not support transactions in foreign currencies. There is no currency conversion layer, meaning that ৳1 deposited equals ৳1 of platform credit with no deduction or conversion fee applied by fu77.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fu77 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and fu77 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction (via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per payment method, per day, and per account tier. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account after login.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically confirmed within 30–60 seconds of submission. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are processed within 15–30 minutes under standard conditions. Bank withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. fu77 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, third-party banking systems, or network outages.

4.4 Deposit Fees

fu77 charges no platform-side fees for deposits. Withdrawal fees from fu77's side are also zero for standard transactions. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are entirely outside fu77's control and are governed solely by the relevant provider's own fee schedule.

4.5 Funds Origin

You confirm that all funds deposited into your fu77 account originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal activity. fu77 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds from any account holder. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the fu77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or sport, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface and in the fu77 FAQ. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters exclusively relating to that game's mechanics, and these Terms shall take precedence for all other matters.

5.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on fu77 include cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), water polo, and other markets made available from time to time. All sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format and are denominated in BDT. Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked.

• Pre-match bets placed after an event has commenced will be void and the stake returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at fu77's discretion and are subject to additional in-play terms displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• fu77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other irregularities, regardless of the apparent outcome.

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games (live dealer tables, slots, instant games) are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. fu77 does not develop or own the underlying game software. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are determined by each studio and are published within the respective game information panels.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session or live bet, fu77 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. fu77 cannot guarantee that partially completed rounds will be honoured. fu77 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical faults, provided that reasonable efforts are made to rectify the situation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fu77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives to its users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific bonus terms, which will be published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by fu77 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods for each bonus are disclosed in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

fu77 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (including low-risk accumulator combinations, or placing opposing bets across accounts); and exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credit. fu77 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.3 Promotion Modification

fu77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event that a promotion is withdrawn after a user has already begun participating, fu77 will honour bets and stakes that were placed in good faith before the withdrawal was announced, to the extent that it is reasonable to do so.

7 Age Restriction

The fu77 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to gamble on the fu77 Platform, and fu77 takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling seriously.

7.1 Age Verification

fu77 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to conduct additional age checks at any time. Users may be required to submit documentary proof of age — such as a national identity card (NID), driving licence, or passport — before being permitted to deposit, bet, or withdraw. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, any deposits will be returned to the payment source, and all bets placed will be voided and unenforceable.

7.2 Parental Controls

If you share a device with minors, fu77 strongly recommends implementing device-level parental controls or web-filtering software to prevent access to gambling websites. fu77 does not bear liability for access by minors resulting from a failure to secure devices by the responsible adult account holder.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or fu77 may close or suspend an account under the circumstances described in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request the closure of your fu77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, fu77 will process the closure within 48 hours. Any outstanding balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times. Pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled at their natural conclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Any fu77 user may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected period. During self-exclusion, your account is fully locked, all marketing communications are suppressed, and you will not be permitted to open a new account. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by fu77

fu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if fu77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has:

• Provided false or fraudulent account information.
• Breached any provision of these Terms.
• Engaged in collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Been found to be under 18 years of age.
• Placed bets in violation of the betting rules set out in Section 5.
• Made unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals.

Where an account is closed by fu77 due to a breach of these Terms, fu77 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, any legitimate balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fu77 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets or wagers placed on the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions of service, or data loss.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network operators.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.

The fu77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fu77 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. fu77's total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fu77 and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10 Amendments to These Terms

fu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and version number. fu77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Platform or by email to registered users where practicable.

Your continued use of the fu77 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure under Section 8.1 above.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. fu77 is not obligated to notify individual users of every minor amendment, though significant structural or rights-affecting changes will be communicated proactively where possible.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms entirely, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
